account any program fees you have been charged.
JCPENNEY CARD SECURITY DISCLOSURES
 JCPenney Card Security is an optional program. Whether or not you purchase JCPenney Card Security will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any existing credit agreement you have with Synchrony Bank (the "Bank"). Once your enrollment has been accepted, you will receive the complete JCPenney Card Security Debt Cancellation Program Agreement (the "Program Agreement"). Please read the Program Agreement carefully as it contains a complete explanation of the JCPenney Card Security, including eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions that could prevent you from receiving benefits. Any fees assessed for the program will be included in the daily balance used to calculate interest on your account.
